Designed, developed and facilitated a series of Customised Professional Marketing and Selling Skills Programme for Leisure Holidays S/B in Singapore (September 1989)

Undertaken Human Capital Development projects to establish Corporate Learning Centres in Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan in collaboration with MBF Centre of Excellence(1.2.1996 to 28.2.1999)
– Deployed the Structured Human Capital Development Enhancement Plan to address specific needs of all employees in Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan
– Assisted the companies in Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan to crystallise their Corporate Vision, Mission and Philosophy

– Facilitated implementation of Strategic Annual Plans for all divisions and depts.

Developed strategic collaboration with Industrial and Vocational Training Board (IVTB), Republic of Mauritius (May 1998 to March 2002). IVTB is a Semi-Government Organisation that operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Training, Skills Development and Productivity. Assisted IVTB to design, develop, customise and facilitate the following programmes:

Developed strategic collaboration with Floreal Knitwear Limited, Republic of Mauritius (November 1998 to December 1999). Floreal is the Largest Knitwear Manufacturer in Mauritius and the Second Biggest woolmark knitwear manufacturer in the world after Benneton.
